All You Need to Know About Open Week
Held at our showrooms in Linton, Cambridge, the Libra Open Week is often the highlight of our year an opportunity to meet new people, catch-up with old friends and introduce you all to our latest collections.
This year is no exception and we’ll be throwing open the showroom doors daily from 10 until 4 from Sunday 5th Wednesday 8th June to introduce you to ten beautifully curated themes and more than 200 new products, including furniture, lighting, mirrors, decorative accessories and more.
A selection of brand new Libra product launching at Open Week
Over the last six months our MD, Paul has been travelling across the globe, sourcing stunning new pieces and working together with talented designers and makers to create standout homewares that you won’t find elsewhere.
Taking their cue from the year’s top design trends, each new theme is skilfully styled by our team of talented designers to ensure that we continue to offer unique and inspiring looks for the home.
The themes we’ll be launching this June include: The Chandelier Factory, Darwin’s Study, Empire, Modern Gothic, Antique Indian, Copper Rose, Manoir, Equestrian, Luxe and Coastal.
Woven throughout each one of these are an array of distinctive new products, including a collection designed by the British artist, John Douglas Piper (you may recognise him as the sculptor who created our lovely Sitting Whippet piece). These latest additions include an array of stunning ceramic pieces featuring delicate feather patterns – all taken from original drawings created by John.
Alongside these, we’ll also be launching a range of animal sculptures, designed by the Libra team themselves. You’ll see one of our initial sketches below but you’ll have to pop along to Open Week if you want to see the finished product!

The whole of the Libra team will be on hand to answer any questions that you might have – from design to logistics.
