Covid-19 Update

With Coronavirus (COVID-19) at the forefront of everybody’s mind, we are actively monitoring updates to help us manage through this rapidly evolving situation. The primary objective needs to be to minimise contact points to reduce the speed of transmission of the virus. We are therefore taking the following steps, designed to support our valued customers, ensure service levels are maintained, and to protect our own team

 

  • Libra’s Warehouse remains open with deliveries available within five working days. Our office team are remote working and are contactable on the usual number; +44 (0)1223 895800
  • We are focussing to deliver new products and special offers to you via our new trade website. During these challenging times reduced prices apply to most of our collection, with discounts up to 70% on a number of beautiful items. Most products are immediately available from stock, and we are working hard to maintain good ongoing stock availability
  • Until 1st May, we will reduce carriage paid minimum orders from £500 to £300 in England & Wales, and from £800 to £600 in Scottish Highlands, Northern and Republic of Ireland
  • Territory Managers will be available via video conferencing. Simply call them or the office number above to arrange an appointment
  • Our showrooms are closed until further notice but we hope all of this will soon be behind us and that our Open Week (17-20 May) will go ahead

 

FAQ’s

What will happen to the orders I’ve already placed

– If the order reaches the minimum value, we will despatch the order on the required delivery date
– We will call to check with you before despatching any goods. If you have confirmed the delivery but are not there to receive it we will have to pass on the delivery cost to you
– Please keep us updated with any changes to your business (contacts, operating hours, closure etc.)

 

Can I still order on your website?
– Yes, the minimum value order is £300  for a carriage paid order or a £50 carriage charge will be applied

 

I need to make a return?
